Coaching

Modern managers and executives lead extraordinarily complex work lives. Our approach is to appreciatively discover the specific outcomes required, then to negotiate a program with the client to deliver those outcomes. We then coach individuals or teams in whatever mode works best for the client (in-person, phone or web), over an appropriate timeframe. We work with clients on a wide range of business skills to make them demonstrably more effective in the workplace—extending their “wingspans” of influence and presence—to give them more freedom of movement to get important things done. We challenge clients with provocative questions and hold them accountable for agreed-upon change. In a self-managed workplace, the key question for a leader is: what kind of leader are you when people don’t have to listen to you? We are happy to work in-house, offsite or in whatever venue works best for the client.
