Collaboratory
The Collaboratory is an intensive, one-or-two day business simulation designed to drive understanding and appreciation of all major business decision domains (strategy, production, marketing, finance, etc.). It also provides understanding of the relationships between freedom, natural leadership and self-organizing teams. The Collaboratory can be combined with real-time leadership and teamwork coaching, in addition to facilitation, to amplify the learning.
